Microstructure and Properties of Heavy Oil Thermodynamic Exploitation Pipe
摘 要
通过金相检验、硬度测试和拉伸试验研究了温度对稠油热采注汽管网组织的影响及组织与力学性能之间的相互关系。结果表明: 管道内边缘处的珠光体含量明显少于内部, 碳含量下降;珠光体球化和高温脱碳是碳含量下降的两大原因, 组织的变化导致其硬度和抗压抗拉性能下降,使管网的安全性降低。
Abstract
By means of metallographic examination, hardness testing and tensile test, the effect of temperature on the microstructure of heavy oil thermodynamic exploitation pipe and the relation of microstructure and mechanical properties were studied. The results showed that the pearlyte content in the pipeline edge was shorter obviously than the inner and the carbon content reduced. The pearlyte spheroidization and high temperature decarbonization were the two main reasons led to the carbon content reduce in the pipeline edge. Because the microstructure of pipeline had changed, the tensile and compressive properties of pipeline reduced, and the pipeline safety was reduced.
