Defect Analysis of Steel Ladle Revolving Platform Connecting Rod Slab
摘 要
采用化学成分分析、断口分析、金相检验和力学性能检验等方法对钢包回转台连杆锻制板坯内部缺陷进行检验分析和复造验证。结果表明:钢包回转台连杆锻制板坯造成70%报废的主要原因是钢中气体含量过高,去氢不充分导致板坯产生氢脆。经过工艺改进后复造板坯,经检测均合格。
Abstract
The defect in steel ladle revolving platform connecting rod slab was analyzed by means of chemical composition analysis,fracture analysis,metallographic experiment and mechanical performance test. And the steel bloom was remanufactured and tested. The results showed that,the main reason which led to 70% of the steel bloom of revolving platform connecting rod scrap was that,the gas content in the steel was high and hydrogen can not be breed out effectively,so that it resulted in the hydrogen brittleness.By means of improving the technology,the testing remanufactured plate was qualified.
