Cause Analysis and Countermeasure of Continuous Casting Square Bloom Central Segregation for Bearing Steel
摘 要
对轴承钢方坯中心偏析的成因作了分析,探讨了过热度、电磁搅拌、冷却强度及拉速等对减少中心偏析的作用。根据分析,针对莱钢特钢厂的具体情况提出多方面的预防措施,并逐一进行实施验证,取得了一定的效果。由此得出:降低过热度、增加电磁搅拌、减小拉速以增加等轴晶率和减少鼓肚是改善轴承钢方坯中心偏析的有效方法。
Abstract
The reasons of central segregation in continuous casting square bloom of bearing steel have been analyzed and the effect of superheat,electromagnetic agitation,intensity of cooling,pulling rate and other factors on central segregation has been investigated,and some countermeasures to prevent central segregation have been implemented at Laiwu special steel company,and considerable effect has been achieved. A conclusion has been arrived at that increasing equiaxed crystal and reducing deformation of oval-shaped,by increasing electromagnetic agitation and reducing intensity of cooling and pulling rate,can improve central segregation of continuous casting of bearing steel.
