Choice of Tool Material in Machining
摘 要
提出了每一品种的刀具都有其特定的加工范围。切削刀具与加工对象的选择主要指两者的力学、物理和化学性能相互匹配,根据工件材料来选择刀具材料,从而获得较长的刀具寿命和较高的切削加工生产率,达到降低加工成本和减小资源消耗的目的。
Abstract
It was put forward that each species had its particular tool of the processing. Cutting tools and processing targets mainly referring to the choice of both the mechanical,physical and chemical properties match each other,according to the workpiece material to choose tool material,which was the longest tool life and the biggest cutting productivity and reduce processing costs and reduce resources consumption.
