Fatigue Test and Clamping Design of Small Specimen
摘 要
实际测试工作中常有因取样条件限制而不能取到标准尺寸试样的情况,此时需要设计非标小尺寸试样来进行材料性能测定。结合用小试样在PLG-100C高频疲劳试验机上测试得到的S-N曲线讨论了试验中的两个问题。结果表明: 在PLG-100C高频疲劳试验机上可进行不按GB/T 3075-1982标准限定的小截面尺寸试样的有效试验;设计的过渡夹具可满足小试样在PLG-100C高频疲劳试验机上的试验要求。
Abstract
It was impossible to get standard specimen due to sampling condition. Then nonstandard small specimen should be designed to test performance of the material. The small specimen was designed to test S-N curve in high frequency fatigue test machine PLG-100C. After discussing two problems of the experiment,the key results were as followed: specimen with small section size which was not accorded with GB/T 3075-1982 could be tested in high frequency fatigue test machine PLG-100C effectively;the transition clamping designed meet the test request of small specimen in high frequency fatigue test machine PLG-100C.
