Failure Analysis of Water-cooling Tube of Power Station Boiler
摘 要
某钢铁公司电站锅炉仅服役15 000 h就发生水冷壁管破裂事故。采用化学成分分析、金相检验及水垢结构X射线衍射分析等方法对失效水冷壁管进行分析,并结合锅炉运行状况进行调查。结果表明:水冷壁管破裂是管壁内侧水垢阻碍热传导所致。水垢则是锅炉运行过程中注入未经软化水造成的。
Abstract
There was an accident happened in a steel and iron company that the water-cooling tube of power station boiler broke,while the boiler only worked for about 15,000 hours. After analyzing the chemical composition and metallographic pattern of the tube and the X-ray diffraction analyzing of the scale structure, the result showed that the scale inside the tube blocked the heat conduction and caused the tube broke partly. The scale appeared because the boiler worked with the water which had not been softened.
