Determination of Annealing Process of Cold Rolling Steel Sheets of Hot Dip Galvanized Steel Sheets
摘 要
采用盐浴退火方法分别对牌号为SS Grade40,SS Grade33和SS Grade50的热镀锌钢板的冷轧硬卷进行了不同工艺的退火处理,研究了退火工艺对三种热镀锌钢板用冷轧板显微组织和力学性能的影响,以确定三种冷轧板的再结晶温度及最佳退火温度范围。结果表明:SS Grade40冷轧板的再结晶温度在720 ℃左右,退火温度在720 ℃较佳;SS Grade33冷轧板的再结晶温度在680 ℃左右,考虑到力学性能的稳定性,退火温度选择在720 ℃左右较佳;SS Grade50冷轧板的再结晶温度在700 ℃以上,为了保证其强度富余量和性能稳定性,退火温度选择在780 ℃左右较佳。
Abstract
The cold rolling hard steel sheets of SS Grade40,SS Grade33 and SS Grade50 hot dip galvanized steel sheet were annealed by salt-bath annealing method with different process. The effect of annealing process on the microstructure and mechanical properties of these three kinds of cold rolling steel sheets was studied,and the recrystallization temperature and optimum annealing temperature range for them were determined. The results show that the recrystallization temperature of SS Grade40 cold rolling steel sheet was approximately 720 ℃ and the optimum annealing temperature for it was also 720 ℃. The recrystallization temperature of SS Grade33 cold rolling steel sheet was approximately 680 ℃,and considering the stability of mechanical properties,the optimum annealing temperature for it was determined to be approximately 720 ℃. The recrystallization temperature of SS Grade50 cold rolling steel sheet was above 700 ℃,and in order to ensure the margin of strength and the stability of properties,the optimum annealing temperature was determined to be approximately 780 ℃.
