Microstructure and Properties of 2Cr13 Steel after Vacuum High Pressure Gas Quenching
摘 要
研究了真空高压气淬热处理工艺对2Cr13钢的组织和性能的影响。结果表明:随着气淬压力的升高,2Cr13钢的强度和硬度有所提高,伸长率和冲击韧度有所降低,断面收缩率和淬透性的变化不大;采用真空高压气淬工艺处理试样的组织为均匀细小的板条状淬火马氏体组织,力学性能及淬透性满足标准要求;而且试样表面光洁,呈银亮色,可免除淬火后的清洗;可替代现有的真空油淬工艺。
Abstract
The effect of vacuum high pressure gas quenching on the microstructure and mechanical properties was studied in 2Cr13 steel.The experimental results showed that with pressure increased,the strength and the hardness increased,the elongation and the toughness were lower lightly,and reduction of area and harden ability were changed little. After high pressure gas quenching ,the microstructure of the sample was uniformly fine batten-shaped quenched martensite,the mechanical properties and the harden ability met standard requirement. Furthermore,the surface of the sample was much clean,the silvery-bright,may remove the cleansing.Therefore,current vacuum oil quenching process may be replaced.
