Data Rounding in Mechanical Property Tests
摘 要
力学性能试验中数据是否修约、如何修约的问题,会直接影响到试验结果与技术规范的符合性。考虑到数据修约的重要性,介绍了ASTM(ASME),RCC-M和ISO等国际通用核电标准中关于数据修约的条件和方法。并以拉伸试验判断结果为例,对其数据修约的问题进行了讨论,得出该案例结果不进行修约,判断为不合格的结论。
Abstract
Such as whether the data shall be rounding or not,how to round them,will directly affect test results in compliance with technical specification. Considering the importance of data rounding,the conditions and methods of data rounding in several common international standards(e.g. ASTM(ASME) and RCC-M and ISO) were introduced. Finally,taking tensile test for instance,issues of its data rounding were discussed. The conclusion of the instance was the data should not be rounding and the test result was incompetent.
