RESEARCH ON THE TENSILE PERFORMANCE OF BORON STEEL AT HIGH TEMPERATURE
摘 要
高温冲压成形是一种新的成形工艺,它能大幅提高钢板的成形性能。对硼钢板的热冲压成形性能进行了研究,对不同温度和变形速率下的试样进行了拉伸试验,并利用最小二乘法进行多元线性回归,建立了高温状态下的变形抗力数学模型,为钢板的热成形技术研究的开展提供了科学依据。
Abstract
Hot stamping is a new forming process. It can greatly enhance the formability. This text researches the formability of boron steel plate in the hot stamping process. In the text, the deformation resistance in different temperature, different strain and different strain rate are investigated with tensile experiments, and the mathematic model of deformation resistance of steel is based on liner regression with least-square method, which provide scientific basis for the research on the hot stamping of boron steel.
