FRACTURE ANALYSIS OF WELDING WIRE COIL BREAKING DURING DRAWING
摘 要
ER70S-6焊丝用盘条在拉拔过程中发生断丝。取断丝材料进行了低倍、夹杂物和显微组织检验及能谱和化学成分分析。结果表明,导致盘条拉拔断裂的主要原因是盘条表面存在显微裂纹和组织混晶。提出了相应的改进措施。
Abstract
Many tests of the welding rods of ER70S-6 were conducted as follows: low magnification metallogrophic microstructure examnation, energy spectrum analysis, chemical composition analysis and inclusion examination. The result shows, that the surface fissures of wire rods and mixed grains are the main reasons causeing draw fracture .Some improvments methods are proposed.
