LEAKAGE ANALYSIS OF 2008t/h BOILER WATER WALL IN THERMAL POWER PLANT
摘 要
通过宏观特征研究、金相检验、电镜观察、能谱分析和热浸蚀等试验手段对某电厂锅炉水冷壁的泄漏原因进行了分析。结果表明,管内壁有大块溃疡性腐蚀,溃疡内壁有黑色条状晶间微裂纹,介质中有腐蚀性元素钙、铝、硫等及炉水的pH值偏低和管壁温度过高,说明该锅炉水冷壁泄漏原因为氢损伤。同时分析了水冷壁的氢损伤特性,探讨了氢损伤机理,给出了氢损伤特点。
Abstract
In order to analyze the leakage reason of boiler′s water wall, by means of the macro-observation, metallographic, electronic microscope, energy spectrum, and heat erosion analysis, we get the results: blocks of ulcerate corrosion on interior surface of the pipeline, and black lines of micro-cracks in the interior of ulcer, caustic elements such as calcium, aluminum and sulphur in the media. The conclusion is : the leakage source of water wall in 2008t/h boiler is hydrogen damage, in close relation to hypo-pH value of boilwater and excessive high temperature of pipeline surface. Together with analyzing hydrogen damage peculiarity in water wall, we discuss the theorem of hydrogen damage and provide the characteristic of hydrogen damage.
