EVALUATION COLD UPSETTING PERFORMANCE BY CONE FORGING METHOD
摘 要
鉴于冷镦钢的冷镦性能评价方法的单一性和不完善性,提出了锥锻方法,并从理论上证明了此种检验方法的可行性。它不仅可以检验金属在冷镦过程中金属的扩张流变性能并显示其缺陷,而且也可用于检验中厚板材厚度方向的力学性能,从而扩展了材料试验机仅限于拉伸、压缩试验的试验范围。
Abstract
Aim at faultiness and oneness of the appraisal method of cold heading steel, this paper has proposed the cone forging method. It proves feasibility and gives the rudiment of the method. The cone forging method not only may appraises cold upsetting rheological performance of metal and appears defect but also thick direction mechanical property of medial plates and thick plates. So it enlarges experimental scope of universal experimental machine which can be used only for tension and compression experiment before.
