FAILURE ANALYSIS AND COUNTERMEASURE OF AIR COOLER IN KETONE-BENZOL UNIT
摘 要
酮苯装置溶剂回收系统空冷器仅使用5个多月即发生失效泄露。通过对空冷器失效管件进行宏观检查、化学成分分析、X射线衍射和能谱分析、金相检验等,认为,孔蚀和冲蚀是引起酮苯装置空冷器失效的主要原因,提出了相应对策。
Abstract
The Air cooler of recycled system of solvent in ketone-benzol unit began to leak more than 5 months after it was put into operation. The analysis of the material composition, X-ray inspection and energy spectrum analysis and metallographic examination etc revealed that the major cause of failure of air cooler was pitting corrosion and erosion. The countermeasures were proposed.
