STUDY ON THE DETERMINATION OF ALUMINA′S ATTRITION INDEX BY LASER PARTICLE-INSTRUMENT
摘 要
用筛分法和激光法对氧化铝磨损指数进行了测定,分析和探讨了造成两种结果差异的原因。结果表明,用激光法可以测定氧化铝磨损指数,特别是对生产工艺稳定的工厂,可以起到指导控制生产的作用。对于粒度为45μm(含量<10%),同时磨损指数也<10%的氧化铝能否用激光法测试磨损指数尚需进一步研究。
Abstract
More and more attention was paid to the attrition index of alumina in that aluminium producer with the increasing use of dry scrubbing systems for pot gas cleaning and point feeding of pots. In the course of sieving test, it cost a long time and produced a lot of dust.In this paper, use sieving and laser particle size methods to test aluminua′s attrition index and compared to two results. exploring work in laser particle size methods to test aluminua′s attrition index. Mass of experimental date proved that laser particle size method can testing aluminua′s attrition index,especially in plant with stable technics It can guide action in controlling production. Whether using laser particle size method to test the sample need in depth research when the sample is 45μm the content less than 10%and aluminua′s attrition index also less than 10%.
