Determination of Daidzein by Chemiluminescence Based on the System of Ag Nanoparticles-Potassium Ferricyanide-Luminol
摘 要
碱性介质中纳米银对鲁米诺-铁氰化钾-大豆甙元具有催化作用,据此建立了测定大豆甙元的流动注射化学发光法。在最佳条件下,大豆甙元的质量浓度在5.0×10-5~1.0×10-2g·L-1范围内与化学发光强度呈线性关系,检出限(3S/N)为6.5×10-6g·L-1。加标回收率在96.2%~104%之间,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=3)小于3%。
Abstract
Based on the fact that Ag nanoparticles could enhance the chemiluminescence (CL) intensity of the system of luminol-potassium ferricyanide-daidzein system-sodium hydroxide, a flow injection chemiluminescence method was developed for the determination of daidzein. Under the optimum conditions, a linear relationship was found between the CL intensity and the mass concentration of daidzein in the range of 5.0×10-5-1.0×10-2g·L-1 with the detection limit (3S/N) of 6.5×10-6g·L-1. Recovery rates obtained by standard addition method were in the range of 96.2%-104%, with RSDs (n=3) less than 3%.
