STUDY ON BORIDES AND ITS COMPOSITES
摘 要
介绍了三种硼化物CrB2,ZrB2和TiB2及其与Al2O3形成的复合材料的结构性能、制备方法及其应用,并对其发展前景进行了展望。
Abstract
In this paper,development of research on borides and its composites with Al2O3 were reviewed. Three kinds of borides,CrB2,ZrB2 and TiB2 were discussed. Their structures,properties and synthesis were summarized and their applications and prospects were also discussed.
