GEAR TOOTHS BROKEN ANALYSIS OF HEAVE-DUTY OUTPUT GEAR AXLE
摘 要
大型输出齿轮轴运行近2年即在侧端产生齿面脱断。采用宏、微观分析方法对断裂原因进行了分析。结果表明,齿轮轴为氢脆致裂。原材料中非金属夹杂物超标和回火处理不充分使工件产生了内部应力,引起零件内部氢气积聚,导致齿轮轴疲劳延时断裂。
Abstract
The gear tooths broken was found in heave-duty output gear axle after working for two years. Analysis was performed on the crack zone by macroscopical,microscopical and hardness testing. The results showed that the gear axle failure was resulted from hydrogen brittleness and fatigue fracture. The main reasons are enlargement of the inclusion of nonmetal and tempering insufficiency in heat treatment.
