INFLUENCE OF ETCHANT ON RESEARCHING THE MICROSTRUCTURE OF CrMo STEEL
摘 要
针对CrMo钢的脆化问题,选择了一种新的侵蚀剂对其进行晶界腐蚀实验研究,并对影响侵蚀实验的主要因素(苦味酸浓度、硝酸浓度和时间)做了分析,通过平行实验和正交实验得出各因素的影响规律,找到了最佳实验条件。对不同材料的侵蚀研究具有一定的意义。
Abstract
New prescription of the etch reagent has been used to study the CrMo steel grain boundary corrosion according to its brittleness problem. The important factors such as the concentration of picric acid and nitric acid and time which affect the etch experiment were analyzed,the degree of each factor affect the experiment was obtained through parallel experiment and cross experiment,and the optimal experiment conditions were found. The experiment plays an important role in different material etch research.
