FAILURE ANALYSIS FOR CRACKING OF HOT-ROLLED ROTARY
摘 要
某型号轧环在旋压时产生批次性开裂。对开裂的轧环进行了理化检验和工艺复查,认为开裂是由锻造缺陷引起的,锻造缺陷在旋压过程中发生开裂。在锻造过程中采取了有针对性的工艺措施,在后续生产中再未发生开裂现象。
Abstract
A number of hot-rolled rotary of some model number cracked in batch during spinning,the physical-chemical failure analysis for cracking hot-rolled rotary and technological process check were carried through to find the cause of cracking .It was caused by defects which were occurred during forging,the defect led to cracking during spring .In order to avoid the problem once more,technological measures were adopted to direct against defects during forging ,cracking was not occurred in following hot-rolled rotary producting.
