THE INFLUENCE OF THE COEFFICIENT OF OVERTURNING-SIDE AND MATERIAL PARAMETERS ON THE PANEL OF AIR-CONDITION FORMING
摘 要
用DYNAFORM软件对空调面板零件的成形过程进行了有限元模拟。研究分析了圆孔翻边系数和材料参数对翻边成形的最大应变值和厚度减薄率的影响规律,建立了翻边系数与材料参数的关系。研究结果对翻边成形的选材具有重要的意义。
Abstract
By the finite element analysis software of DYNAFORM,the forming course of air-condition panel parts was simulated and analyzed. The effects rule of overturning-side coefficient for round hole and material parameter on maximal strain and thinning ratio were studied and analyzed during forming course,and the ralationship between turning-side coefficient and material parameters was established. It is very important to select the appropriate material in the forming of overturning side.
