THE DEPTH MEASUREMENT OF CARBURIZED LAYER OF 1Cr11Ni2W2MoV STEEL WITH METALLOGRAPHIC METHOD
摘 要
为选择适合金相法测定1Cr11Ni2W2MoV钢渗碳层深度的热处理状态及其侵蚀剂,在不同热处理状态下对其进行显微组织形貌观察。结果表明,1Cr11Ni2W2MoV钢渗碳层深度在退火状态下测定最佳,使用三氯化铁盐酸水溶液侵蚀剂效果较好。
Abstract
The metallographic microstructure of carburized layer of 1Cr11Ni2W2MoV steel under different heat treatment conditions had been observed and analyzed. In order to select suitable heat treatment and metallographic agent. The result showed that the annealing state was the best condition for measuring the depth of carburized layer. And it was a better choice to measure the depth with solution composed of FeCl3,HCl and H2O.
