VARIATION IN MICROSTRUCTURE AND PROPERTY OF GH864 ALLOY IN OVERHEATED CONDITION
摘 要
用复型技术和薄膜技术研究GH864合金在超温条件下γ′相尺寸和硬度与超温温度之间的变化关系。试验结果表明,当超温温度在800~950 ℃范围内,随温度的升高,晶界上析出碳化物减少,γ′相尺寸、数量及材料的硬度均明显降低。通过对复型样品和薄膜样品的γ′相尺寸测量结果进行对比分析,表明可以用复型法获取γ′相的尺寸代替薄膜的γ′相尺寸。
Abstract
Relationship between the size of γ′ phase,hardness and variation of overheated temperature was studied in overheated condition by using replica technique and film technique. It is found that with increasing temperature,the carbide in grain boundary reduces from 800 ℃ to 950 ℃,the size and quantity of γ′ phase also decrease obviously,and so does the hardness. According to analyzing the size of γ′ phase in replica specimen and film specimen,it is shown that the size of γ′ phase can be gained from using replica technique.
