TEST ANALYSIS OF FATIGUE CRACK PROPAGATION RATE OF BAINITE HOT ROLLING RAIL UNDER DIFFERENT TEMPERED TEMPERATURE
摘 要
用MTS810试验机进行了贝氏体热轧钢轨疲劳裂纹扩展速率试验,并用Paris公式分析了不同回火温度下贝氏体钢轨疲劳裂纹扩展速率试验数据。结果表明,Paris公式可以描述不同回火温度下贝氏体热轧钢轨疲劳裂纹扩展速率,并可用来预测裂纹扩展情况。
Abstract
The fatigue crack propagation rate test of Bainite rail steel with MTS810 Materials Testing Machine was studied,and the test data of the fatigue crack propagation rate under different tempered temperature has been analyzed by Paris formula. The result indicates that the fatigue crack propagation rate of Bainite rail steel under different tempered temperature can be described by Paris formula,and crack propagation condition can be forecasted as well.
