REASON ANALYSIS OF ENGIN′S TYRE CRACKING
摘 要
机车轮箍在运行中发生崩裂。为确定轮箍失效原因,采用断口观察、低倍检验、力学性能检测和化学成分分析等方法对失效轮箍进行分析。结果表明,轮箍崩裂由轮缘处热裂纹引起,热裂纹的产生与其使用、路况等因素有关。
Abstract
The fracture analysis,macro check,metallographic examination,mechanical property and chemical composition analyses are carvied out in order to tyre crack. There were many hot cracks on the wheel tyre surface in macro examination. Metallographic examination shows that microstructure of wheel tyre surface was martensite. Crack initiation sites lies in hot crack of the wheel tyre surface,which belongs to typical fatigue crack. So it can be concluded that hot cracks in wheel tyre led to the crack which is relate to its use and roadway.
