PERFORATION ANALYSIS OF AN ELBOW OF PIPE
摘 要
某采油管道弯头部分发生穿孔泄漏。采用化学成分和宏、微观形貌检测分析等方法对失效原因进行了分析。结果表明,弯头管内流体的冲刷腐蚀是造成弯头穿孔破坏的主要原因。提出了相应的防护措施。
Abstract
An elbow of pipe were perforated and leaked. A series of analytic tests of the elbow were conducted as follows:the chemical composition,macro-appearance,micro-appearance,SEM analysis results indicated that the perforation may mainly be resulted from erosion-corrosion of the elbow by fluids. The prevention measures for perforation of the elbow were discussed.
