REASON ANALYSIS OF MACHINE WORK DIFFICULTY OF FORGING STEEL CONNECTING ROD
摘 要
采用化学成分分析,力学性能测试及显微组织检验等方法分析了连杆加工困难的原因。结果表明,连杆硬度高是导致机械加工困难的主要原因。同时提出了改进措施。
Abstract
The reason of machine work difficulty of connecting rod was analyzed by means of chemical composition analysis,mechanical properies testing and microstructure examination. Results showed that the high hardness of connecting rod was the main reason to machine work difficulty. Finally the reformative measure was put forward.
