FRACTURE ANALYSIS OF COAL GAS PIPING
摘 要
某煤气管道在使用过程中发生断裂。对其化学成分、宏观断口、力学性能及金相组织等进行了分析。结果表明,管道内外表面存在大量龟纹,内部存在较多气孔,且显微组织不均匀,造成力学性能未达到技术要求,在外力作用下发生断裂。并提出了改进措施。
Abstract
A coal gas pipeline broke in use process,some analysis methods were used including chemical analysis,macroscopic fracture,mechanical property and microstructure analysis. The results showed that there were some shatter cracks on the inside and outside surface of pipeline,some pores existed in the material,and the microstructure was nonuniform,that led to the mechanical property was not meet the requirements,under the outside force the pipeline broke. The improvement measure was put forward at last.
