CRACKING ANALYSIS OF ENCAPSULATED ROLLER
摘 要
采用化学成分分析、宏观和微观组织检验以及力学性能测定等方法对在使用过程中发生开裂的包胶辊进行了分析。结果表明,由于错误地将平衡重焊在了辊筒内壁,由此造成辊筒的显微组织和力学性能以及受力状况发生了变化。在承受频繁的弯曲应力作用后,在其焊接热影响区萌生了裂纹源进而发生疲劳开裂。
Abstract
The cracking encapsulated roller in use was analyzed by means of chemical composition,macrostructure and microstructure examination and mechanical property test. The results showed that counterweight had been welded wrongly in inwall of roll cylinder,the microstructure of roll cylinded,mechanical property and stress state had been changed. In frequent bending stress condition,fatigue cracking occurred due to the cracking source had been initiated in welding heat affected zone.
