THEORETICALLY DESIGN FOR AUTOMATIC QUARTZ-SORTING MACHINE
摘 要
介绍了石英晶片X射线自动分选仪的理论设计,详细讨论了测量原理、测量误差和探测器前端挡板设计等问题。结果表明,利用φ旋转法同时测量(0 1 1 1)和(0 2 2 3)晶面的衍射线,可以同时测出XX′倾角和AT切角,实现了对石英晶片的自动准确分选。
Abstract
An automatic quartz-sorting machine by X-ray diffraction was designed theoretically and several aspects,including measurement principle,measurement errors and design for front mask of detector,were discussed in detail. The results indicated that XX′-tilt and AT cutting angle can be accurately measured by the diffraction peaks of (0 1 1 1) and (0 2 2 3) lattice planes with φ-scan method.
