METALLOGRAPHIC SAMPLE PREPARATION FOR DIFFUSION COATING OF GAS TURBINE HOT PART
摘 要
为了得到高质量的扩散涂层金相试样,利用Struers公司的金相制样设备对化学气相沉积法制备的渗铬和渗铝涂层的金相制样工艺进行了摸索,得到了制备重复性和显示效果均好的金相制样方法,同时证明了化学镀镍和低孔隙率的己二烯酞酸酯热固性树脂对涂层的边缘保护起到了显著作用。
Abstract
In order to get good metallographic structure of diffusion coatings,a lot of experiments were done on the sample preparation routines based on Struers sample preparation equipments for chromising and aluminizing coating by chemical vapor deposition (CVD) method. A serious of metallographic sample preparation methods with good repeatability and performance were summarized. Electroless nickel plating and low porosity dialylphtalate thermosetting resin was proved to have excellent edge retention function.
