PHASE COMPOSITION AND MICROSTRUCTURE OF NICKEL-BASED BRAZING FILLER METAL
摘 要
采用光学显微镜、X射线衍射仪、电子探针及其能谱仪等仪器对五种不同化学成分的铸态镍基钎料的相组成和显微组织进行了分析。结果表明:五种镍基钎料的相组成和显微组织在一定程度上存在差异,但均为镍固溶体+化合物共晶组织。
Abstract
Optical microscope(OM),X-ray diffraction(XRD),electron probe micro-analyser(EPMA) and energy disperse spectroscopy(EDS) were used to analyze the phase composition and microstructure of five kinds of nickel-based brazing filler metal with different chemical compositions. The results showed that phase compositions and microstructure of the five kinds of nickel-based brazing filler metal were different to a certain degree,but microstructure of them all were nickel solid solution and compound eutectic.
