Design of Film Washer of Manual Darkroom Process
摘 要
由于经济条件的限制, 许多制造厂家的暗室处理仍以手工操作为主, 很容易造成底片中出现伪缺陷。作者根据多年工作经验研制出一种内置式胶片冲洗器, 包括循环泵机构和过滤机构, 使溶液喷射至底片, 解决了人为因素造成的伪缺陷的问题。在实际生产中, 它不仅提高了底片质量, 还降低了操作人员劳动强度, 提高了工作效率。
Abstract
Radiographic testing is one of the most important methods used in nondestructive testing of the special equipment, the quality of the film makes directly effect on the recognition and evaluation of the defects. Restricted to the economy, the scotographic was carried on manual operation. If the technology was not strictly executed, the pseudo-flaws would be displayed in the film. An inner-washer of the film was designed to solve the pseudo-flaws induced by the manual operation. In practice, the apparatus not only improved the quality of the film, but also reduced the labor intensity, which increased the work efficiency.
