The Application of MsS Guided Wave Technology in Oil-well Tubing Body Inspection and Comparison Experimental Study
摘 要
介绍了MsS导波技术及其在油井管管体检测中的应用。开展了油井管管体导波检测试验, 并与电磁检测结果对比。对比表明, 在相同的检测条件下, MsS导波技术能够迅速扫查整个油井管管体信息, 检测横截面积损失量灵敏度高; 电磁检测技术通过多探靴可实现缺陷环向精确定位。随着技术的发展, MsS导波技术在油井管管体检测中的应用前景广阔。
Abstract
The MsS guided wave technology and its application in oil-well tubing body inspection were introduced. The experimentation of oil-well tubing body inspection using guided waves was carried out and compared to the result of electromagnetic inspection method. By comparison, MsS guided wave technology can get the bodily information of oil-well tubing rapidity and with a high detecting sensitivity to cross-sectional area losses, and that electromagnetic inspection technology can pinpoint the defects circumferential position past multi-sensor technique, if under the same detecting condition. With the development of technology, the application of MsS guided wave technology in oil-well body tubing inspection has a broad prospect.
