Nondestructive Testing of Welding Assembly of New Series 9%~12%Cr Martensitic Heat Resistant Steel
摘 要
马氏体耐热钢是热电工业中常用的一种结构材料。根据不同工程的特点, 需要采用不同焊接工艺。由于该类材料具有一定的裂纹敏感性, 不可避免地对工程设备带来一些安全隐患, 因此必须采用无损检测的方法对该材料的焊接构件质量及时进行检测。重点介绍了超声波检测的要点, 并分析了焊接缺陷的成因。结果表明, 为保证焊接质量符合工程要求, 应结合使用射线、超声波和渗透检测等多种手段, 减少可能存在的漏检率。
Abstract
The martensitic heat-resistant steel is a structure material usually in thermoelectricity industry. Based on characteristic of different engineering projects, different welding technologies are needed because the material is susceptible to carck, leading to unvoidable hidden danger to safety in engineering equipment. The method of NDT inspection of welding assembly quality of the material must be used in time. In the same time, main points of ultrasonic testing were introduced and contributing factor of welding defect was analyzed. The results showed that, in order to have welding quality in accordance with engineering demands, the combination of X-ray inspection with ultrasound and penetration testing and with other means of nondestructive testing is needed to decrease rate of undetected fault.
