Nondestructive Testing Methods for Crack in Compound Board Pressure Vessels
摘 要
在用复合板压力容器焊接接头内存在多种材料和组织, 不易用常规方法检测, 奥氏体复合板焊缝磁粉检测发现的非相关显示易被判断为相关显示。以实例提出综合磁粉检测、渗透检测和超声波检测分析复合板焊接接头裂纹的方法。结果显示, 复合板复层焊接接头产生相关显示, 过渡层焊接接头产生非相关显示。复合板焊接接头内可能产生非相关显示的异种钢焊接包括过渡层与基层、过渡层与复层、过渡层与基层焊接接头、过渡层与复层焊接接头等, 应综合考虑各检测方法的优点及其局限性, 取长补短, 综合判断, 防止单一检测方法的误检。
Abstract
There are various materials and structures in compound board welded joint and it is difficult to detect them by usual methods. Unrelated display is liable to be misjudged as related display. A method integrated by magnetic particle Inspection, penetration inspection and ultrasonic inspection was put forward. The results showed that related display was found in layer welded joint of compound board, and unrelated display was found in dissimilar steel transition layer welded joint. Various inspection methods should be considered in case of mistake caused by single method.
