Reflection Effect of Angled End-Face in Guided Wave Testing for Oil Tank Bottom Plate
摘 要
使用超声导波检测系统研究导波在油罐底板斜端面上的反射现象。依据导波反射与折射原理, 通过分析底板导波检测中的回波信号, 证实斜端面存在的反射现象, 并得到导波行程不变条件下反射回波信号波形幅度随反射点至侧端面距离的变化规律。利用导波反射特性, 对特殊位置上的缺陷进行检测, 证明了研究结论的正确性。
Abstract
Ultrasonic guided wave inspection system is used to study the reflection effect of guided wave in the oblique surface of bottom side. Based on the theory of reflection and refraction of waves, the reflection phenomenon is approved by analyzing the echo signals. The changing laws of amplitude of the reflected echo signal in angled end-face end with the different distances from reflection spot to the side were attained under the condition of the overall trip of guided wave being unchanged. Then the reflective properties are used to detect the defects of special position and prove the correctness of the conclusion of the study.
