Analysis of Locomotive Axle Ultrasonic Testing of Internal Defects
摘 要
针对铁道机车车轴内部缺陷的超声波探伤难点, 提出了段修采取径向检测的方法, 发现了较大的线状危害性缺陷。分析了内部缺陷产生原因及危害, 介绍了车轴线状和点状内部缺陷的定量分析方法及波形分析要点。实践证明, 径向检测方法有效解决了目前机车车轴超声波探伤工艺存在的局限性, 确保了行车安全。
Abstract
In view of ultrasonic detection of railway locomotives and internal axle defects, amendments were proposed to take the radial segment detection methods and linear defects with greater danger were found. The paper analyzed the causes of internal defects and hazards, and introduced the quantitative analysis of the axle line and point internal flaws and points of waveform analysis. Practice has proved that the detection method of radial locomotive axle ultrasonic testing is an effective solution to overcoming the limitations of existing technology and can ensure road safety.
