Development and Application of Ultrasonic Testing System for Annular Welding Line of Gear Wheel
摘 要
变速箱齿轮高能束环焊缝的质量直接影响到整车的安全性。根据超声波检测原理, 研制出一套超声波C扫描齿轮环焊缝检测系统。论述了超声探头、主机和检测软件等系统组成。实验室和现场验证表明, 该系统能够检测出 0.5 mm平底孔当量缺陷; 对焊缝熔深的C扫描测量误差≤0.2 mm, 为保证齿轮质量提供了较好的手段。
Abstract
The quality of annular welding line by the high energy beam in the transmission gear directly influences the whole vehicle security. Based on the principle of ultrasonic testing, a ultrasonic C scan testing system for the annular welding line in the gear wheel was designed. The ultrasonic probe, the host and testing software were described. The test result and practical application in factory indicated that the system could detect the equivalent defect of a 0.5 mm flat bottomed hole, and the C scan measurement error of the welding penetration was not more than 0.2 mm. The system provided an efficiency means for quality assurance of the gear wheel.
