Design of Location Marking System of the Digital Flat-Panel X-Ray Flaw Inspection
摘 要
介绍了数字平板式X射线检测的缺陷喷标系统设计。系统由数字平板X射线实时成像部分、软件缺陷定位单元、系统转换控制和自动定位瞄准喷射装置四个单元组成。逐步进行成像缺陷检查、软件缺陷定位、信息传递控制及驱动硬件对缺陷点进行喷标的过程。设计的系统结构简单、节省空间、定位精度高, 标记点小并具有很强的适用性, 可广泛用于无损检测领域的缺陷喷标。
Abstract
The location marking system of digital flat-panel X-ray testing was introduced. This set of markers was made up of 4 unit components, the real-time imaging digital flat-panel X-ray, the software defect positioning, system conversion control and automatic injection devices aiming at positioning unit. The system worked as four steps, such as imaging defect inspection, defect positioning software, controlling information transmission, driving hardware device to aim at the defect point which was detected, jetting pigment attached to the workpiece to conduct accurate positioning mark. The designed system had advantages of simple structure, small space, accurate location, small marking point and popular usage, so it could widely used at the defect location and marking field of nondestructive testing.
