ICP-AES DETERMINATION OF IMPURITIES IN IMPORTED ALUMINIUM OXIDE
摘 要
氧化铝样0.200 0 g在微波助溶下溶于4 mL磷酸,定容于100 mL,校准用标准溶液中准确加磷酸匹配.用ICP-AES法测定氧化铝中杂质钠、钛、铁、硅、钙、钒、锌,回收率在98.6%-105.0%间.方法满足进口氧化铝的检验要求,7项元素分析结果的RSD(n=11)均小于1.5%.
Abstract
0.2 g of aluminium oxide was microwave-assistedly dissolved with 4 mL phosphoric acid then made up its volume to 100 mL.Phosphoric acid was precisely added in the standards for calibration.Impurities Na,Ti,Fe,Si,Ca,V and Zn in alumunium oxide were determined using inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry.Recoveries were in range of 98.6%-105.0%.The proposed method met the requirements of the inspection of imported aluminium oxide giving RSD′s (n=11) less than 1.5%.
