HG-AFS DETERMINATION OF ARSENIC IN OFFICINAL VEGETABLE OIL WITH SOLVENT EXTRACTION SEPARATION
摘 要
通过样品消解、工作条件等优化,利用氢化物原子荧光光谱法测定药用植物油中砷的含量.方法回收率为97.6%,相对标准偏差为3.5%.方法操作简单,结果稳定可靠.
Abstract
Solvent extraction using ethyl ether as solvent was used instead of the ashing method or of the wet digestion method to separate the oil from the sample.Arsenic(Ⅲ,Ⅴ) in the organic phase was transferred into water solution by back-extraction with water,in which it was finally determined by HG-AFS under the optimized conditions.The recoveries of arsenic were in the range of 94.4%-99.0%,and the RSD′s (n=5) obtained was 35%.The method was proved to have better accuracy and precision,and to be simple and rapid in operation.
