STUDY ON THE COMPOSITION OF EXTRACTED COMPOUND OF AURIC ION AND ITS SORPTIO-EXTRACTION BEHAVIOR BY EXTRACTION-ELUTION RESIN OF AMINE GROUP
摘 要
研究了三种胺类萃淋树脂(季胺7402-Cl、叔胺7301-Cl、伯胺1923-Cl)吸萃金的性能,确定了三种树脂吸萃金的最佳条件,比较了各种树脂吸萃金的最大吸萃容量.分别用饱和吸萃法、离子分析法、电导法、IR、UV法,推测出负栽树脂上吸萃物的组成为R(H)∶AuCl-4=1∶1的离子缔合物,吸萃机理为配阴离子交换机理.
Abstract
The sorptio-extraction behaviors of 3 amine resins,i.e the quaternary ammonium chloride resin 7402,the tertiary amine hydrochloride resin 7301 and the primary amine hydrochloride resin 1923,towards auric ion were studied.The conditions of sorptio-extraction of auric ion by these 3 resins were optimized.It was found that under their respective optimum conditions,the quaternary ammonium chloride resin 7402 showed its best ability for the separation of auric ion.It was also shown that the distribution ratio was increased by the presence of salting-out agents,and also the acidity of the aqueous phase was lowered,which is profitable for the extraction.The composition of the extraction compounds of Au(Ⅲ) was proved by saturated sorptio-extraction,ionic analysis,conductometry,IR-spectrometry and UV-spectrophotometry,to be an ion-association complex of R(H)+·AuCl-4 in the ratio of 1 to 1.And the mechanism of the sorptio-extraction was explained as anion exchange of the anion complex AuCl-4 on the resin.
