APPLICATION OF CHEMICAL DERIVATIZATION TO THE HPLC DETERMINATION OF BIO-POLYAMINES WITH FLUORESCENCE DETECTION
摘 要
介绍了在高效液相色谱荧光衍生法分析多胺中常用的几类荧光衍生试剂及其应用,对近年多胺分析中的高效液相色谱荧光衍生方法进行了综述.
Abstract
A review on the application of chemical derivatization to the HPLC determination of biopolyamines with fluorescence detection was given,covering mainly the years from 1979 to 2005.Special emphasis was made on the application of some kinds of commonly used fluorescence-derivatizing reagents (41 ref.cited).
