双核汞(Ⅱ)席夫碱配合物为中性载体的碘离子选择性电极研究
          
STUDY ON THE IODIDE ISE USING THE BINUCLEAR MERCURY(Ⅱ)-SCHIFF′S BASE COMPLEX AS NEUTRAL CARRIER

摘    要
研制了以双核汞(Ⅱ)-4-甲基-2,6-谷氨酸-酚配合物(简写作Hg(Ⅱ)2-MGAP)为中性载体的电位型阴离子选择性电极,并研究其电化学特性.结果表明,该电极对I-具有良好的电位响应特性,且呈现反Hofmeister行为,其选择性序列为:I->Sal->ClO-4>NO-2>Br->NO-3>F->SCN->SO2-3.在pH 2.5的磷酸盐缓冲体系中该电极对I-具有最佳的电位响应,在7.0×10-7-1.0×10-1mol·L-1浓度范围内呈近能斯特响应,斜率为-53.1 mV·dec-1(25 ℃),检出限为9.0×10-7mol·L-1,用交流阻抗及紫外可见光谱技术研究了电极的响应机理,并初步地将电极用于药品分析.

Abstract
A new potential iodide ion selective electrode by using the coordination complex of binuclear mercury(Ⅱ) 4-methyl-(2,6-glutamic acid)-phenolate [abbreviated as Hg(Ⅱ)2-MGAP] as neutral carrier was prepared and its electrochemical behavior studied.It was found that this electrode showed anti-Hofmeister behavior and good potential response toward iodide ion in the concentration range of 7.0×10-7-1.0×10-1mol·L-1,with a detection limit of 9.0×10-7mol·L-1,and a slope of -53.1 mV·dec-1 in a phosphate buffer solution of pH 25 at 25 ℃.Selectivity of this electrode towards some common anions was found to be in the following order: I->Sal->ClO-4>NO-2>Br->NO-3>F->SCN->SO2-3.The response mechanism of the electrode was studied by UV-VIS spectrometry and AC impedance technique.The application of this electrode to the analysis of drug samples was studied tentatively.
