GFAAS AND AFS DETERMINATION OF TRACES OF METALS IN VEGETABLES WITH MICROWAVE HEATING SAMPLE DIGESTION
摘 要
用微波消解对蔬菜进行前处理,石墨炉原子吸收光谱法和原子荧光光谱法测定蔬菜中铅、镉、砷、汞的含量.用两种国家标准参考样品进行考察,结果表明该方法不仅简便、快捷而且分析结果可靠.并提出了该方法在蔬菜痕量元素测定中应注意的问题.
Abstract
Microwave assisted heating was applied to the digestion of vegetable samples,and contents of Pb、 Cd、 As and Hg in the sample were determined by GFAAS and AFS.Working parameters of the instruments,including the microwave oven,the atomic absorption spectrometer and the atomic fluorescence spectrometer,were studied and optimized.Some notes on the proper application of the method were also given.In the application of the proposed method to the analysis of 2 SRM samples of wild cabbage and poplar leaves,results obtained were in consistency with the certified values.
