GC-MS DETERMINATION OF CHEMICAL COMPONENTS IN VOLATILE OIL EXTRACTED FROM ELSHOLTZIA BODINIERI VANIOT BY SUPERCRITICAL CO2 FLUID EXTRACTION
摘 要
利用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)法研究了超临界流体二氧化碳萃取东紫苏挥发油的化学成分.在最佳分析条件下,共分离出43个峰,鉴定出41个化学成分.主成分为百里香酚、香荆芥酚、香薷醇、6,10,14-三甲基-2-十五烷酮、β-香茅醇、香薷酮等,与文献报道有一定的差别,并发现了一些新的成分.方法稳定可靠、重现性好,适用于中草药挥发油化学成分的分析.
Abstract
Volatile oil of Elsholtzia bodinieri vaniot grown in Ziwuling was extracted by the supercritical CO2 fluid and its components was separated and characterized by GC-MS.Forty three ingredients were found in the volatile oil and among them 41 compounds were identified under optimun analytical conditions.The main components were as follows: thymol,carvacrol,elshtzitol,6,10,14-trimethyl-2-pentadecanone,β-citronellol,elsholziaketone and etc.The components and their contents found in this volatile oil were found some what different from those reported in literature,and in addition,some new components were found for the first time.The method proposed in this paper showed its special features of good in accuracy and precision,stability and reliability,and was feasible to be used in the separation and determination of chemical components in volatile oil of Chinese herbal medicines.
