XRFS DETERMINATION OF MAIN CONPONENTS IN SLAGS OF OPEN-HEARTH FURNACE
摘 要
使用3080E3型X射线荧光光谱仪,采用粉末直接压片制样,研磨克服粉末样品的粒度效应,理论α系数法校正基体效应的方法,建立了平炉渣样品中TFe、SiO2、MgO、Al2O3、CaO、MnO、TiO2、P2O5组分的快速测定方法.研究了制样条件,用内控标样作标准曲线,分析结果的相对标准偏差为0.23%~3.17%,满足日常分析的要求.
Abstract
XRFS was applied to the rapid determination of 8 main components i.e.TFe,SiO2,MgO,Al2O3,CaO,MnO,TiO2 and P2O5 in slags of open-hearth furnace.The grainity effect was eliminated by pulverization of the sample to pass sample sieve with 53 μm in its hole diameter,and by pressing the powdered sample directly into round sample piece with 32 mm in diameter.The matrix effect was corrected by the α-coefficient method.Calibration curve was prepared by a set of standard samples.RSD′s of analytical sults of the 8 components were found in the range of 0.23% to 3.17%,which were satisfactory for routine control analysis.
