HPLC DETERMINATION OF BENZALDEHYDE IN DRINKS
摘 要
建立了反相高效液相色谱法测定饮料中苯甲醛的方法.当苯甲醛的质量浓度在1.0~100.0 mg·L-1范围时,苯甲醛的浓度与色谱峰面积呈线性关系,线性相关系数为0.999 8.苯甲醛的回收率为99.3%~102.6%,相对标准偏差为2.0%~3.4%,方法的检出限为0.1 mg·kg-1.
Abstract
RP-HPLC was applied to the determination of benzaldehyde in drinks.Linearity was kept between the peak area of the chromatogram of benzaldehyde and its concentration in the range of 1.0-100.0 mg·kg-1 (r=0.999 8),with a detection limit of 0.1 mg·kg-1.Tests for precision and recovery were carried at 3 concentration levels,i.e.10.0,50.0 and 100.0 mg·kg-1,values of RSD′s (n=6) obtained were in the range of 2.0%-3.4%,and values of recoveries were in the range from 99.3%-102.6%.
