Simultaneous Determination of 7 Componental Elements in Zinc Plate and Zinc Alloy by ICP-AES with Matrix-matching
摘 要
利用硝酸加热溶解试样,通过基体匹配,溶液采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)同时测定锌板和锌合金中铝、镉、铜、铁、镁、铅、锡,方法的检出限为0.000 9~0.022 5 mg·L-1,方法的回收率和相对标准偏差分别为99.0%~102.0%和0.048%~0.34%.
Abstract
ICP-AES was applied to the determination of Al,Cd,Cu,Fe,Mg,Pb and Sn in zinc plate and zinc alloy. Interference of zinc was eliminated by the matrix-matching method. One gram of the sample was dissolved in nitric acid and the solution was made up to 100 mL in a volumetric flask and was ready for AES determination. Detection limits of the 7 elements were found in the range of 0.000 9-0.022 5 mg·L-1. Precision and recovery of the method were tested,giving RSD′s in the range of 0.048%-0.34% and recoveries in the range of 99.0%-102.0%.
